Code Maroon
Code Maroon is an emergency notification service that gives Texas A&M the ability to communicate health and safety emergency information quickly by email and text message.
By enrolling in Code Maroon, university officials can quickly pass on safety-related information, regardless of your location.
Code Maroon emergency alerts will automatically be sent to all Texas A&M Gmail accounts ending with "@email.tamu.edu" and Texas A&M Exchange email addresses. Recent tests indicate text messaging is a faster notification method than email, so we encourage campus members to register for text message alerts.
- Campus Access (Students, Faculty and Staff)
- Public access: (Parents, Family and Friends of Texas A&M)
Log into Code Maroon using your NetID and password. You will be redirected to the University's CAS authentication site to log in, after which you will be forwarded on to the page you requested. If you do not know or cannot remember your NetID, or if you know your NetID but have forgotten your password, you can visit a CIS Open Access Lab or CIS Help Desk Central, or you can call 979-845-8300 for assistance.
If you do not have a Texas A&M NetID, you can still receive emergency notifications with a Twitter account or through Code Maroon's RSS Feed.
