Office of Facilities Coordination
Responsible for space planning and facilities inventory for the College Station campus (including Riverside Campus) and provides mapping services of the campus and buildings as well as parking and utility maps.

Physical Plant Department
Personnel maintain, renovate, and clean 750 buildings and facilities on campus; landscape maintenance takes care of 2,000 acres of lawns and flower beds; and the utilities unit provides water, heating and cooling, wastewater, and electricity for the entire campus.
