Campus Visit Options

The Appelt Aggieland Visitor Center staff will coordinate with other departments on campus to design a personalized campus visit for you or your group. Just let us know your interests and how long you will be on campus, and we'll take care of the rest.

Prospective Student Visits

In addition to our campus walking and driving tours, we can customize a campus visit schedule to meet your needs. We can schedule a freshmen admissions session, residence hall tour and appointments with academic colleges, Scholarships & Financial Aid, Honors Programs or the Corps of Cadets.

Group Visits

We invite groups of 15 or more to schedule a private campus visit. In addition to the walking tour of campus, we can arrange sessions with admissions and financial aid counselors and specialized tours of Kyle Field, the Student Recreation Center and many other campus facilities and attractions. We will also be glad to provide a tour guide for visiting tour buses.

Children's Visits

Visits for elementary school classes are offered by the MSC Hospitality service organization. The campus visits offer children fun stories about traditions and plant the seeds of attending college into young minds. If you would like to take your class on a campus visit, please contact MSC Hospitality to register through email. Visits are available at anytime during the fall and spring semesters for groups.

Faculty-Staff Tours

Our visitor services includes special tours for faculty and staff of Texas A&M. The 60-minute tour begins at the Appelt Aggieland Visitor Center and is offered on the fourth Thursday of each month at 12 noon, except for holidays. Whether you are new to campus or you have been here for several years, you will enjoy the journey through main campus and the overview of academics, history, traditions and campus life. Advance notice is required for this special tour. Please contact us at 979.845.5851 or visit@tamu.edu to schedule a tour.
