The University of North Texas Press
is a member of the Texas A&M University 
Press Consortium.  UNT Press was established in 
1988. It has a backlist of more than 200
titles, including the long-standing Publications 
of the Texas Folklore Society series.  
 

UNT Press is presently producing approximately
16 new books annually, in the fields of Texana,
folklore, military history, contemporary and
social issues, Mexican-American studies, crime
and criminal justice, women's issues, poetry
guides, and cookbooks.
