Guidelines for Texas A&M University Departments and Affiliated Organizations

Texas A&M University's trademarks/logos may be used to support the University's mission by all University departments without the approval of the Office of Trademark Licensing.

The following clubs and organizations are also allowed to use the University's trademarks/logos:

  1. The Association of Former Students and its Chartered A&M Clubs
  2. The 12th Man Foundation
  3. Texas A&M Corp of Cadets Association
  4. Texas Aggie Band Association
  5. Texas Aggie Bar Association

Sales to third parties of products and/or services for any of these organizations for non-scholarship fundraising will be subject to licensing requirements.

Sales to third parties of products and/or services for any of these organizations for scholarship fundraising only may receive a royalty waiver form from the Office of Trademark Licensing.
