SF9 Cells were infected with a recombinant virus that expresses the
putative N-terminal signature motif of ODV-E66 fused to EGFP under the
polyhedrin promoter (pol). Infected cells were collected at 48 hours
post infection and imaged confocally using a Zeiss Axiovert 135 with
the CARV confocal module. This movie is a confocal stack of the entire
infected cell with each frame being representative of a 0.75 micron
slice. The red label is "native" ODV-E66, the green label
is the pol expressed fusion product. ODV-E66 localizes primarily to
virally induced intranuclear microvesicles during infection with this
virus. Co-localization of the fusion protein with E66 is indicated by
a yellow label.
