Interested in joining SHPE?

• Download the application form or pick up a form from the SHPE office.
• Note that credit card payment is not accepted.
• Dues are $10, or $20 with a SHPE T-shirt. This includes the $5 national dues.
• Drop off the completed form and dues at the SHPE office.

Interested in becoming a chair?

• Download the application form or pick up a form from the SHPE office.
• Drop off the completed form at the SHPE office before the 2nd General Meeting (9/7/05).

There are several ways to get in contact with SHPE.

• Call the office at 979-847-8878.
• Come by the office in Weisenbaker (WERC) 206. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00am - 2:00pm.
• Contact one of the officers via email.

Need a reimbursement?

If you have made a payment on behalf of SHPE, here is how you can get reimbursed.

• To receive a reimbursement for a cash payment you MUST have a receipt, no exceptions.
  To receive a reimbursement for a credit card payment you MUST have a receipt, no exceptions.
  To receive a reimbursement for a check payment you may use either a receipt or a bank statement showing that the check went through (carbon copies are NOT acceptable).
• Download the Check Request Form from the Student Activities Webpage.
• Under the "Student Organization Name" section, print SHPE-TAMU.
• Under the "Federal ID# (or) Social Security #" section print your Social Security Number.
• Under the "Pay To" section, print your Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and telephone number.
• If you would like the check mailed to you, check the "Please Mail Check for Us" option.
  If you would like to pick the check up at the Student Organization Finance Center Office (MSC 217), check the "Pick Up Check at SOFC" option. Checks may be picked up between 8:00am and 4:30pm two days after the form has been submitted.
• Bring the form and the receipt or bank statement to the SHPE office and leave with an officer or in the Treasurer mail box under the white board.

Do you have any pictures you would like to share with all the SHPE members?

We would like any and all members to upload their SHPE related pictures so that all can see them. Please remember to keep the pictures appropriate.

• Go to the Yahoo photos section.
• Login using:
  • Username: shpeags
  • Password: shpe2005
• Click on the "Add Photos" Button on the top left corner.
• Give the album a name and click the "Continue" button.
• Make the album public by selecting the "Public" button.
• Upload your pictures using the "Browse" buttons beside each textbox. Once you have added up to ten pictures, click the "Add now" button.
• Your album should now be created with the pictures you just added. You can view the album by clicking the "View Album" button.
