Purpose

To advise the President and the Executive Vice President and Provost on all aspects of financial operations in support of Vision 2020 goals.The Council will advise on items including but not limited to the following.

• Identifying currently available revenues and existing commitments against those revenues.
• Identifying likely and reasonable future commitments against future revenues.
• Developing strategies for revenue enhancement and alternative sources of revenue.
• Developing strategies for operating with greater or lesser amounts of state funding than are currently provided.
