  • Tuition Policy Advisory Council

    The Tuition Policy Advisory Council (TPAC) was appointed in late Fall 2003 to advise the president on tuition policy that would provide incentives for students to graduate closer to four years than they currently do, and advise the president on tuition policy that would provide predictable revenues to the university, particularly in the area of legislative appropriations.

  • Development Strategy Group

    The Development Strategy Council will provide advice to the President to the Executive Vice President of TexasA&M University in the following areas.

    • Coordination of major gift development strategies, policies, and plans, including the review of major gift proposals by any fund raising unit on campus
    • Encouragement of development efforts by vice presidents, deans, directors, department heads, and interested faculty and staff, including establishment of appropriate expectations and benchmarks for participants responsible for development activities
    • Preparation for a future capital campaign by Texas A&M University, including the assurance of effective stewardship for current donors, implementation of new venues for gifts and development activities, and pursuit of new donors and expanded development activities beyond the State of Texas.
  • University Staff Advisory Council Task Force

    The purpose of the task force is to collect staff expectations and goals for the planned staff advisory council and to provide recommendations to the president on how to move forward in establishing the council. The council, once established, will discuss issues that impact non-faculty staff and serve as a source of advice to the president.

  • Undergraduate Task Force

    Texas A&M University's Enhancing the Undergraduate Experience Task Force was created to review previous A&M studies, as well as national research findings; to critically assess the present undergraduate experience (strengths and weaknesses) and present policies; to identify and evaluate best practices; and to carefully choose those that fit with and complement the unique Aggie experience.
