Photography, Video and Image requests

The Division of Marketing & Communications offers video and photography services to the university to meet a variety of needs. Whether its for an event, a publication, or for archiving important moments, Marketing & Communications can help. The Division also maintains and makes available an extensive digital photo database to campus entities.

Who Do I call for Photography or Video Production?

The Division of Marketing & Communications can help you with this request. We have several free-lance photographers that have agreed to shoot photo assignments for the university. We try to give them a five day notice, but if you have an unexpected event or photo opportunity, please contact us and we will do the best we can to help.

Video production is also a part of the Division. If you are in need of a departmental video, recording of a presentation, or just want to archive an event we can help with your video needs.

Both photography and videography requests are charged by an hourly rate. To schedule a photographer or video session, contact Tom Hughes at tomhughes@tamu.edu or (979) 862-4001.

I would like to look at the photo archives, who do I contact?

The Division of Marketing & Communications has a digital photo database going back to 2002. This database includes campus scenes, aerial photos, commencements, buildings, and generic student activities. If you would like to look at the archives please contact Tom Hughes at tomhughes@tamu.edu or (979) 862-4001 for an appointment.
