Messages sent through Electronic Distribution A include traditional "Distribution List A" memoranda and information. It is important that all associate and assistant provosts, deans, directors, and department heads at Texas A&M University, as well as designated respective representatives, subscribe to the Electronic Distribution A service. Designated representatives should also be able to redistribute these messages to their respective offices, departments, groups, or teams as directed or needed.
