A2WIL/: Advancing (Aggie) Women in Leadership Program

The Advancing (Aggie) Women in Leadership Program (A2WIL) is a second level leadership development program designed for graduates (certificate holders) of the Aggie Women in Leadership Program. The A2WIL Program is intended to foster continual leadership development growth in students. Students will gain valuable skills and experience and will return service to the AWIL Program. Students who have completed both the AWIL and A2WIL Programs can continue their participation as A3WILers. Students in the A3WIL Program can serve as mentors to 10th-grade girls in Bryan High School or on a Committee. Some  A2WIL students may also serve as mentors, although the mentors are generally A3WIL students.
