With a Dining Option, students can choose “all-you-care-to-eat” in the Dining Centers, Outbound Dining meals in all other locations throughout campus or to dine using a combination of both. Up to two meals can be used per location visit. If more meals are needed to complete the semester, students may “Buy a Bundle” (in multiples of 10) as supplementary meals and add to a current Campus Dining Option.

Campus Dining Options are valid for one semester starting with the first day of campus move-in as designated by the Department of Residence Life and ending prior to the next semester/session begins.

The Campus Dining Office can assist with Dining Options information and questions at any time during the semester. Fax (979) 458-1500, call (979) 845-0152 or email dining@food.tamu.edu.

To add a Dining Option, a student may make a selection during registration under Fee Options or through the Food Services website food.tamu.edu. Once meals have started for the semester, a student can no longer use the University registration process. To contact the Campus Dining Office for help, a student must come to the Pavilion in person (with their Aggie Card) or provide a written request (with name, ID number and chosen Option) by fax, web or email.

Once a Campus Dining Option has been added to a student account, the student is responsible for payment of the appropriate fee to the Office of Student Financial Services or using the AggiE-Pay website.

The “Semester” Dining Options offer increased flexibility and allow students to purchase the one that best suits individual needs. Access to meals is available up to the number of meals purchased per semester.
