*2006 10-Week Summer Semester

May 26	Registration.
	Last day to register and pay fees without penalty.
May 29	Memorial Day. Faculty and Staff Holiday.
May 30	First day of classes.
June 2	Last day to add/drop courses.
July 3	No 10-week classes.
July 4	Independence Day holiday.
July 7	Last day to apply for all degrees to be awarded in August.
July 19	Last day for all students to drop courses with no penalty (Q-drop).
	Last day to officially withdraw from the University for the 10-week semester.
August 7	Last day of classes.
August 8-9	Final examinations.
August 10	Grades for degree candidates due in Office of the Registrar, noon.
August 11	Last day for undergraduate degree candidates graduating in August to apply for a $1,000 tuition rebate, 5 p.m.
	Commencement and Commissioning.
August 14	Final grades due in Office of the Registrar, noon.
