467. Land Development. (3-0). Credit 3.

Financially feasible, environmentally sustainable, project finance and related design/construction/finance processes; resolution of site and environmental issues with market and financial consideration; design concepts for value enhancement of land, residential, commercial and retail development. Prerequisite: Junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.

485. Directed Studies. Credit 1 to 6.

Individual instruction in selected aspects of land development not adequately covered by other courses with stress on reports and readings in selected areas of land development. Prerequisite: Junior classification or approval of instructor.

489. Special Topics in... Credit 1 to 6.

Selected topics in an identified area of land and real estate development. May be repeated for credit. Prerequisite: Junior classification or approval of instructor.
