- Three hours of technical agriculture electives to be selected from any course offered by the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences except 285s, 484s, 485s and agricultural economics courses.
- To be selected from AGJR 404, ENGL 203, 235, 236, 301, COMM 205 or 243.
- Six hours required. Three hours of international course work may be taken outside of the Mays Business School. A complete list of approved international electives is available in the college Undergraduate Program Office, Room 331 Blocker Building, or can be found online at agecon.tamu.edu/undergraduate/.
- Any Texas A&M or transfer course, except KINE 198 and 199, not used to meet other requirements.
- All students must take at least one course in their major that is designated as Writing Intensive (W). This course is an approved W course in the major.
