Focuses on the competencies that relate to managing people
and organizations, and to managing change and innovation; field
trips with other learning communities to explore intellectual
and cultural themes in various interdisciplinary fields; research

Survey of professional options, methods, strategies and skills
involved in business career planning; explores social, cultural,
economic, family and personal dimensions of various career
paths; addresses goal setting and decision making. Course must
be taken on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. Prerequisites:
Junior classification; business major.

Educational work assignment in the field in which the student
is interested. Supervision will be by employer with technical
report required at semester's end. Can be taken no more than
